I’m really confused about how I am not able to access many of their options such as digital banking etc. I was scammed a few years ago and now I have no way of checking on my account other than calling a number to access ANY info. I don’t know how the bank keeps me locked out of such due to the scam i endured. I’m being punished for being scammed! That’s a double whammy! This process the bank is doing makes it quite difficult for me to keep up with my finances which I either have to travel to the branch (and I’m disabled and unable to drive) or go thru the wait when calling a that number to find out anything. I am so fed up with the extra ways i experience just to have an account there without knowledge of the contents in my account. So people beware and be careful on your account. It’s a cruel world we live in. Also I’m told these problems I’m experiencing will be intact for a lifetime concerning the ability to access these important features the bank offers. I’ve really paid a price for being scammed!

When did Ascend start charging a fee to withdraw Ascend funds from an Ascend ITM at an Ascend location?! Update: An Ascend rep told me this shouldn't have happened and I'll update my rating if they get it resolved. Second update: Working properly now.

Lindsey Wells is the best! She is always very professional and courteous and patiently answers every question I have. She has a very genuine personality that makes banking a pleasure. I would recommend Ascend to anyone looking for a bank that gives the personal touch.

I would very much like to compliment an employee named Kelsey Pruitt at the ascend Federal Credit Union in Tullahoma Tennessee. This lady was very gracious and excellent at her position because she accomplished in a few minutes what I had spent hours trying to do. Accolades her and to Ascend Federal Credit Union and I love them both!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
