If anyone wants a loan Officer I will recommend Mrs. Becky she took her time with the application of the loan and explained everything too with step by step. I been there for a long time with Abilene Teachers Federal Credit Union they’re awesome people too. Thank you very much Becky.

We have financed a couple of vehicles through ATFCU and had Becky Turner as our loan officer. It was quick, easy and felt like doing business with a friend.

Abilene teachers Federal credit Union is the worst bank I've ever worked with any little thing they'll try to limit what you can do they don't care about their customers all they care about is them getting money from you. And I think the only good reviews on Abilene teachers Federal credit Unions reviews is from employees trying to make the company sound better which it's not I think they're a joke in one day they called me 200 times about the same thing that I gave them the answer to every time so yes they are a joke I think whoever is banking there needs to pull their money and go somewhere else

Amanda J. was the amazing! So professional and so nice! When financing a car I felt like I had a million questions but she never made me feel like an inconvenience or bother. Thanks so much Amanda! You’re the best!

I normally don't post negativity. This place took poor customer service to a new level. Went in to open a new account as I'm new to the area. Lady asked for ID and social security card. Told her I didn't have SSAN card. She repeated this three times. I asked for my ID back and left. Came home and searched for the card. Couldn't find paper card but did find metal card they gave kids back in the 70's. Returned to her, to complete opening account. Gave her my cards and was ready to open account. Well, quess what? She now says she can not except out of state driver’s license. She asked for ID, not state specific. She now says she needs proof of where I live. So, I provide her a bill on my phone. She says she can not accept that. To send it to her. I do, she then says she cannot accept screenshot. So I share it to her. She can't do that either. Now wants PDF. Send that to her. She then proceeds to tell me that her supervisor can not accept the metal SS card. Strange, she never left her desk or spoke with anyone.... She stated it's a duplicate. I tell her that the paper card was issued over forty years ago. No idea where it has gone. I told her that a replacement has been ordered. I was refused service. Did she not realize that the replacement card would be a duplicate??? The entire staff as they would pass by looked at the customers with a look of disdain. Not a smile or greeting to any customer inside the lobby. Departed this CU and went to First National. What a difference! I was greeted immediately. Teller had a smile. Very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with opening a new account. Less than thirty minutes I had a new account!!! I have really enjoyed moving here due in a large part of friendly staff in every business I've been in. Until yesterday, this establishment made me feel like a criminal and not worthy of their business. I will gladly spread the word of poor business practices.
