The bank itself is okay but the professionalism has gone down. The first lady I saw had a face full of earrings. This is not what I want to see in what is supposed to be a professional business like a bank. Those clear holders have been around for decades or she could simply take them out for her job. I've had facial piercings I took out. This is the first impression people will see & it makes it seem the bank doesn't actually care. The septum piercing is one that belongs nowhere near any such jobs. I feel this is equivalent to showing up in gym clothes for work. It shows the company doesn't put any effort into their business. Why would I think they would handle my money correctly if they can't even have their employees show up & look like they care? Buying a car through them has always had a good interest rate but I'll keep most of my business at my other bank based on this bad decision by the credit union.

Terrible service, lies and constant issues with this bank. Do not use them period unless you want a headache every single week.

This post is specifically about a woman that works there named Elaine. My parents are aging and wanted me to be added to their banking accounts to help make sure everything keeps running smoothly, however, my mother was embarrassed to admit she needs help. When we walked in and told Elaine why we were there she immediately talked about what a great idea it was. She was so enthusiastic and comforting she really helped put my mom at ease by making her feel this is something that happens regularly. I don't know if it does or not, but Elaine's demeanor and professionalism was wonderful!

My absolute gratitude and appreciation to all the staff at First Watch Credit Union. Particularly Lucy, and Elle who helped me most recently. I have great appreciation for the help I have received at both the Pine Street and the Catclaw branches

I had been trying to log in to check my account on the app. I called several times to AFCU Pine st.. and they were rude and were and didn't care to help. They said we don't know what to tell you other than come up here. I live in Hawley. So I decided to call AFCU Catclaw the teller actually took her time to help me. She reset the pass word and gave it to me so could actually go through the process of logging in. It took maybe 5 min. AFCU Pine has horrible people working there.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
