The Ross-Osage branch is absolutely amazing . I would like to give a special shoutout to Nicole Valdez & Katie Nowak . We recently got a vehicle financed thru them and had a few mishaps along the way and these two did their very best to work thru them and made the entire experience that much easier .. we are very thankful for them And honestly this branch always goes above and beyond for their members to help with any and everything and that’s exactly why we are proud to be members here … Keep up the amazing work !!!

Great experience the last 2 days. I have been a member for 28 years. I haven’t had a better experience than I have the last 2 days. Joshua Paredes did everything he could to resolve my problem. He took the time to make the calls, find the problem, then ultimately find the solution. I was told this was going to be a 10 day process. He got it figured out for me in 2 days. I am beyond grateful. He communicated with me through the entire process and was able to find the solution 8 days earlier than expected. Thank you Josh! You are the man!

I had a great experience during my process of refinancing my vehicle with ACFCU !! The minute I walked in I was greeted and checked in then Jackie Morales helped me with the process and made the process so easy I could say the fastest and smoothest process I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything so thoroughly. Due to my job hours I would get there 30 minutes before her shift and not once did I feel rushed ,she would answer all my questions making sure I left with Ease. Thank you all ! -Celia
