I've been banking here for a few years now and I have no complaints! Lucy and Denise have been wonderful! Denise has been so helpful and has went above and beyond even came to my job to grab paperwork for me. I've never had any issues with customer service, or issues with my account. #lovemybank

In my time of need, Denise walked me through the process of obtaining a loan. She was kind, courteous and not condescending while asking questions, as so many people are nowadays. She was fast, thorough and diligent. I'm recommending her and the credit union to my family and friends. Any institution that has employees like her are worth using for your financial needs.

My account balance said that I had $400 available to me. So I went ahead and paid my electric bill of $125. The following day I got hit with a $25 NSF fee. So I reached out to the bank asking them what happened and they said because the money wasn’t there they opted not to pay my electric bill. After arguing with the lady over the phone, she still refused to give me a logical explanation on why my electric bill had not been paid. Come to find out after doing lots of research, when it transaction is done. It doesn’t show in your available balance. There’s a two day delay versus banks like capital one, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. when you do a transaction, it immediately comes out of your account and goes into a pending status, so you know what your true balance is. So not only did they refuse to pay the bill when I had money in the account they took $25 out of my account and they didn’t even have to lift a finger to do it. I hate crooked banks and this bank is one of them! This is why you only have two locations and you are not nationwide. You guys are lucky that you’re not a member of the BBB. I got online to file a complaint and you guys aren’t even a member. I would totally understand paying an overdraft fee if you guys had paid the bill. But you didn’t! You declined it And then took my money and ran. You guys are a bunch of damn crooks!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
