I recently refinanced my auto loan through Education Credit Union and had an excellent experience from start to finish. My loan agent, Melissa Bretado, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain all my options and working diligently to secure a lower interest rate for me. Mrs. Bretado was professional, responsive, and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free. I appreciated her patience in answering all my questions and her commitment to finding the best possible terms for my situation. Thanks to Melissa's expertise and dedication, I'm now saving money each month with my lowered interest rate. I highly recommend working with Melissa Bretado and Education Credit Union for anyone looking to refinance their vehicle. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping their members achieve better financial outcomes. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I have been doing business with ECU for over 15 years now and have had countless loans and interactions with them. They make the process of getting a vehicle so enjoyable and easy. Even on a mortgage, they went out of their way to help me out. My latest experience with Melissa B. was absolutely amazing. She has helped me out with the last few vehicle purchases and continued the standard of ease and great customer service. Highly recommend ECU for any one and any loan great people and great bank

Three strikes and you’re out even if you’ve been a member since the early 90s and even if you get scammed. And even if you’re a senior citizen working your tail off. Three debit cards a year and then nothing and you have to live on Cash for the next six months . This policy goes to the top and it totally sucks .

If I could give zero stars I so would. This department is unprofessional, especially BRYAN I was calling on behalf of my father, because he speaks no English and as I was giving him information, he proceeded to say that I was a “chick” on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional, I then proceeded to record the call so I can contact local authorities to sue. Well he then hung up. This place is a JOKE!
