I’ve had a great experience with Santa Fe Federal Credit Union in Pampa, Texas. The staff are always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Mandy in particular was wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was very patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping members. If you’re looking for a credit union that feels welcoming and truly community-focused, I highly recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience with Xiomara in Lending at Santa Fe Credit Union. She was incredibly helpful and very understanding throughout the entire process. Xiomara took the time to answer all my questions and made everything clear and easy to understand. Her friendly and patient approach made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend her to anyone needing lending assistance! 😄

They tend to mess up my account often I’ve been a bank member for some time and my parents have been for at least 40 years. Somehow they make an error, then freeze my account. I live 12 hours away and they seem to not know how to use a phone; I’ve been waiting on a callback for days I’ve even tried to call them and talk to Susie Abbot, Martina Jackson or Steven Adee and it seems they are too busy to take care of the small people back.. I have kept this bank bc they used to have good customer service and interactions. A thing of the past. Wonder how much longer until they make this right..

Alex is pleasant, patient and incredible. Each time that I have visited Santa Fe Credit Union He goes above an beyond to service me through my shared branching matters. I enjoy His personality and has aways made my day. Alex reminds me of how Michael treated me when I first moved here a couple of years ago. Fantastic job guys.
