I wish i could give zero stars. I've sent multiple secure messages with no reply, and this is the second time I've had a check withheld for no reason at all. Nobody at TDECU cares at all about customers. I've tried to close my accounts twice, and the second time I was told I had to pay off a negative balance first (I hadn't used the card in 5 days and it should have been positive.) Any bank/credit union would be better than this absolute joke.

To be sure I understand my review didn’t meet your standard so you feel you can ignore bad customer service then have a payment dropped off in your drive thru because I wouldn’t step foot back in your bank. Instead of applying the payment you think sending me to collections was acceptable business practice ? Hmm, if you would have taken my deposit instead of telling me you only had nine minutes on your lunch break you could have taken the death certificate and cashier check that was in my hand. I won’t be going away since you want to play games ! Taking my debit card was unacceptable but walking to your atm angry and prevoked by your staff would have been acceptable behavior because I would have met your demands! Right? I don’t think cornering an angry customer was acceptable behavior and I believe everyone should know how you treat your customers! My behavior on that visit was only unacceptable and didn’t meet your standards because I was angry then prevoked by your staff members. My behavior was acceptable to walk to an atm for $200.00 but not to accept my debit card? Then dropped payment off only to get a collection letter from your bank! What is wrong with your service? I didn’t meet your demand so it’s considered unacceptable behavior in your bank lobby? Hmm

Been with TDECU since 2006 and never had any issues with the employees..I've had check fraud problems, credit card hacks and they always resolved the problem quickly and I'm always satisfied with their performance .

I've had some good and not so good experiences while being a loyal customer with TDECU for nearly 20 years when it comes to be able to get loans.

Drive thru ATMS almost always unavailable for withdrawals. Usually have to go to other banks and pay a service fee if I dont want to go inside.
