Jordanne was an incredible loan officer to work with. She helped me with my car loan and made the entire process easy and seamless from start to finish. She was proactive, efficient, and very friendly, always staying one step ahead and keeping everything moving smoothly. On top of that, she secured me an amazing rate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car loan.

We have been with AFCU for the past 20 years. We have had several auto loans refinanced through them. This time we directly financed a new vehicle through them and this experience was seamless and easy! Jordanne made this the best auto loan finance experience we have ever had! We applied on a Friday before a holiday weekend and Jordanne made sure, we were approved and had the information we needed to give to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle over the holiday weekend if we found one. Highly recommended AFCU and working with Jordanne!

I have been with Allied (formerly Arlington) Federal Credit Union for 25 years, specifically the branch on Green Oaks since it opened. Though I no longer live in Arlington, I drive the 60-minute round trip once or twice per month. One of the many things I love about AFC is the people. They are so kind, and go out of their way to be helpful. Recently, I had an issue with my accounts. Branch manager, Vangie Rodriguez, guided me through the ‘nightmare’ and communicated multiple times per day via phone and email until the issue was resolved. She and her team tributes customers like family. And, I see the same faces every time I visit.
