I have banked with them for a few years. Dallas the bank teller is wonderful always very polite and just all around a nice person. Cindy the manager is just so rude and not at all helpful never have I received service like the way she treated me just horrible I never usually go in the bank since I do the mobile app but had time that day.

Awful customer service! Cindy the “office manager” was very rude! When I tried explaining my issue she stated she wasn’t in the loan department but still went on to say that my husband wasn’t approved for loans and we couldn’t get terms.I tried showing her our approval & she didn’t care to even look. She kept stating that she had to be the devils advocate. When their online website said we were approved. We also reached out to Sergio the loan manger and got no response! We also worked with Jocelyn & she seemed very confused. No information was given up front & the process to get all of the information took over 2 weeks. Stay away from this bank! I closed my account as well as my kids They will not help you out! By far the worst customer service. I recorded calls and how Cindy acted I will be posting!

Honest review, only thing they got going for them is their low auto loan rates and for their customer service it's borderline not even worth it. Definitely in need of a re-staffing since Austin pribbennow moved to a different branch.
