I am always in and out fast. When I have questions they have answers. Kayla is amazing she is so patient and diligent. I am so grateful for the team they have working there.

Sara was truly helpful during a difficult time as we were a closing a deceased account. She also kindly assisted with some notarization as death included a lot of forms being notarized.

I had a great experience opening a bank account with Riley. They were friendly, patient, and made everything really easy to understand. They answered all my questions and made the whole process quick. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them!

If you have an account with these crooks be very careful, always take screenshots of your day’s last few transactions. They post a charge as pending with money deducted off your account then they charge you again; example: Let’s say my available balance is $200; I stop and make three transactions/ purchases on my way home, $20, $15 and $10 So each transaction shows as pending and my available balance is $155, however I had to send $100 via Zelle to my sister leaving me with $45 balance with the Zelle transfer shown as las transaction. I go to bed with $45 sorry dollars in my account but when I wake up the balance is 0 because the $20, $15 and 10 dollars charges were applied against and brought even to show they happened after the Zelle transfer shown Take screenshots shots of each transaction you make and let’s take them to court.

I’ve been with this bank since I was in high school over 5 years ago. My only complaint is these new cards. The older version looked way better but the new tap cards look like a cheap prepaid card. Please bring back the grey cards with tap not these cheap green and white back looking ones.
