Christina R was so amazing and helpful with refinancing my car. I was overwhelmed with the multiple choices, and communication, and she walked me through it with ease, and in a timely manner. Couldn’t have done it without her!!

I have been a customer here for at least 10 years. I have 3 accounts with them. 1 business and 2 personal. Today I was charged a fee when I came into the branch and helped with no notice of said fee. I looked at my account when I got home and there it was. They reimbursed me but the lack of integrity already exists. The guy that helped me, Sammy Ramirez, was so dry and had little to no social skills. He seemed too important to bother helping me let alone the older gentleman he helped after me. The older man had given him his name and 3 minutes later when he came to call him up, he said a different name so the man didn’t follow. Rather than going back to ensure he was helped, Sammy ignored the situation and went back to whatever he was doing. I noticed and told the man Sammy was ready for him. When I called regarding the fee, I wanted to make someone aware of my experience. Unfortunately the helpline just apologized and moved on. When they did, they called me Alice which is not my name. 😔😣 I seem to have at least one of these instances/year with this financial institution. I’m happy to move my accounts elsewhere now that I know they don’t really care about customer service or integrity.

They make it so difficult to make payments it’s ridiculous. Tried tying my bank account so I can pay online, but Wells Fargo blocks them. The automated system over the phone rarely works and long hold times to speak with someone. When I got a hold of someone to speak to she scolded me for not having emails turned on for my account (my mail gets stolen) but when I called back recently to say I still don’t get emails they told me they don’t send emails for car loans. They really make it hard for their clients. It’s 2024, please establish a more modern payment platform/method of communication. Do not recommend.
