Best UFCU location I've visited since being a member. Greeted immediately. Short wait time. Kudos to Esteban Santos. I had two issues that I needed help with. Issues taken care of less than 10 minutes.

I felt supported in general when I walked in. In particular, Esteban was so helpful and went above and beyond. Made sure I understood the process and that all my questions were answered. Even called a colleague briefly to ask about a preference I had. I also appreciated his honesty, which made it straightforward to compare plans.

The receptionist I spoke to had great customer service skills! I went to go pick up my debit card today, and I was quite nervous since I’ve never opened a bank account nor have had a card of my own. I wasn’t too sure how these procedures would go, but it was certainly an easy process. The receptionist was very patient with me, answered all my questions clearly, and provided me with information I hadn’t known prior. I greatly appreciate that this place has such helpful staff!

Horrible credit union, will leave you on hold and never connect you to a loan officer,…. Trying to help a customer from Austin purchase a vehicle and they don’t want to work or pick up phone calls and have you keep waiting… Highly don’t recommend doing business with them if you can’t answer or return phone calls or emails….

They were charging me inactivity fees without notifying me, I only found out once my account was drained. I called and they were unwilling to fix it. Poor customer service and predatory fee schedule.
