I've banked with baycel for at least 20 years now. Never had issues other than the 1k flag that gets thrown when trying to spend your own money. Seems weird that my account can be flagged at 1k, but a fraudulent charge of nearly 5k can come through without a challenge and put me in the negative. Amazing.

These guys helped me with a loan that my bank of 40 years wouldn't. They are knowledgeable, super friendly and personal. That's nice. I moved all my accounts. Thanks Belinda ,Malinda ,Lisa and Liz. Y'all are great. Have a wonderful CHRISTmas. 🐩

I am very unhappy with BFCU, My Card was fraudulent used for $600, I did not receive any flags, although I'm signed up to receive them, also when I contacted BFCU for help regarding this issue, they stated they were not able to dispute the charges because it was a "kids game" even after I explained to them that those charges were not Authorized and there was no possible way anyone else in the household could have made those charges. They began to question me and I felt as if they were accusing me of lying. I lost $600 and I am unable to get a refund.

I have been banking with Baycel for years and I'm here to tell you there is no other Credit Union better than Baycel. They have the most friendly and professional staff. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
