Great banking experience! It is so nice to call and be able to speak with a helpful and friendly staff member. Melissa H. is a joy to work with and is always attentive to our financial needs. We have banked here for many years and will for many more to come!

Went to open an account woman was crazy rude. I called earlier in the day to see what type of identification I needed was told a state issued ID. Got there and she wanted a social security card. Should have been told that on the phone . But not that big of an issue. What is an issue is the tellers condescending attitude. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE TALKED DOWN TO. And lady if you read this you know who you are as we spoke on the phone later. Remember next time you get your better than anyone attitude your just a teller in a bank. Your no better than anyone else. Needless to say won't do business with them.

Loan department is wonderful but I've had issues with people inside of the office recently the one I hate is the fact that they weren't willing to accept change from the coin machine they have in there that my significant other was dropping off I find it weird they're not willing to take legal tender and put in my account I hope they correct this because they're going to lose people from employees with bad attitudes

Ive had an account here with my husband for over 10 yrs. The last two years have been hell. For some reason they cant complete the simplest of tasks that other banks can. They failed to issue me new card for my business account when they switched to mastercard from visa. The personal account cards they sent had the wrong name on one. They both came in my husbands name. After that debacle everything was ok for a while. A few months after i finally get my business card in it stops being able to be read at random times. Their own atm wont read it. I go in to order a new card with the same number and a few hours after my old debit card falls out of my phone wallet at another bank and some jerk decides to keep it and use it. So i call the next day after realizing it and try to get the charges stopped so the thieves arent able to get their money they tell me its $20 to stop it. To stop 16.19. I was told that even after it posts it would still cost me 20.00 to remove fraudulent charges.😐 i was livid. They have coverage for this but i have to pay to get it removed! The only person that may be able to waive the fee is on vacation. I asked them to have her call me when she got back. That didnt happen. I also asked them to completely cancel the new card coming with the old number and send an entirely new card with new number. I wake up today 7/15 to a new charge i didnt make on my business account. The first card i ordered had come in and i destroyed it. So i know no one had that one. I call the bank and...they never cancelled the card number. So there are now 2 fraudulent transactions on my account. Im tired of this bank continually dropping the ball.
