When I was opening my account, I specifically sat there and talk to the lady who open my account that one of the reasons I was opening account with y’all it was so I could use Zelle. I wasn’t informed then that I wouldn’t be able to use it for 45 days And I think it’s really stupid because it’s my money and I should be able to send it to whoever I want whenever I want. It shouldn’t be up to y’all to tell me that I can’t send anybody money for 45 days

Their loan process at the Major Drive location along with the Branch manager Anabelle, Banesa Maldonado was like going through Elden Ring or physically the Diablo in real life. Save yourself time in dealing with them. They wasted a ton of my time, and could feel them not wanting to help. you know that feeling!?!?! But yea go to the other branches, I am a long time and made me feel like I was a burden on them, very upset. long time member here Go to Vidor Joan or Estex both great Branches David Biano

Called about a home equity loan and was very impressed with Sandy the lady i spoke with. I told her my situation about my home being paid off and living on a private road. She asked if i had the road easements which i did. I filled out credit application got through sending all my documents in, running credit etc. etc. only to be denied because your legal departments attorney didn't understand how to read the easements for ingress and egress. I told her i even had the option to put the property the easement was on into my name! Nope we aren't interested. I would find another attorney if they can't understand how to read a easement! Dugood is Nogood!
