Spoke to a customer service representative today by the name of Anna… Very rude and unprofessional. Asked to speak to her supervisor. Her name is Chris and she was just as unprofessional. Very disappointed they definitely need to be retrained on customer service and how they interact with loyal customers. Also in my opinion they need to be reprimanded. They need to be held accountable for their unprofessional actions.

Education First FCU has been my bank since about 2010! Even though I have lived 3 hours away for the past 7 1/2 years, they always go above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied member. They have done my loan paperwork electronically, which is great and super convenient! The member services team is always friendly and helpful. I like that if there is a questionable charge, I can just send a message through the banking app, and they quickly help resolve the issue. I highly recommend this bank. They really appreciate educators too!

Glad my sister referred me to them. The staff is personable and really friendly. Their rates are awesome to where I was able to pay off a 7yr car loan in half the time. Definitely going with them when we are ready to buy again!
