1st of all this banks hours were posted wrong. They didnt post them. So if you edit hours please be positive. They DRIVE THRU ONLY is open 10 to 1 on Saturdays. I watched someone handicapped walking to the door not understanding why they werent open. Im a member here and I have to give every staff member here and in midland a 10 star review. Lol. Wishing. But these people are calm understanding and care about you and your needs. Now tpday since theu are closed inside I wanted to show pics of how cometely beautiful the landscaping is. And I have never seen a banks grounds look like this. It makes you feel calm and happy. Next time if they let me Ill introduce you to the beautiful inside and the beautiful people who work here. Thanks for reading , Sherrie

they closed my account without warning. i have 2 jobs depositing checks into this account. they gave no warning, no message, just nothing. closed my account. there was obviously money be deposited EVERY WEEK! but because my account was over drawn by 300 for 30days they closed it. Again there was no warning no email no message, an it wasnt like they told me about it when signing up. this is crazy. wouldnt suggest banking here, the lack of customer service is wild an the fact they will cut your account with out letting you know whats going on is wild.

Avoid this bank if at all possible. Financed a car with them in October and have had nothing but trouble. I had to call and get my account information from them because they never mailed anything about my loan. I was told by one person to make payments on the app and he would mail information to me, never received it. The app is terrible, unable to make payments thru it. Told by another person to make payments on the website ($25 processing fee or add an external account for $35 processing fee), which I was able to do once but not able to this time. Trying to get a helpful person on the phone is terrible. I guess the hours of operation are wrong? Called 30 minutes before closing and the call was disconnected every time. If you live in the Lubbock area and are approved thru this bank say NO!

I strongly encourage this facility to reflect back before the April change and return to higher standards. Their phone system communication was top notch and now it’s non existent or rude and uneducated once you get an answer. This is not specific to the big spring locations but the entire branch umbrella. I’ve already scheduled to relocate to another bank after begging my husband to “just get past this update”. You lost the fight. Not me.

I opened an account at citizens in Big Spring when I was 15 years old. That was back in 1995. I stayed with them while I was in the Marines for 8 years. They use to be a great bank and I gave them all of my business. Not anymore. They have become rude, uncooperative, and disrespectful. I will be ending a 23 year commitment with them on Friday. I do not recommend them to anyone and encourage my friends to do business somewhere else.
