This is the worst! The very worst people to deal with!! They lie, they pretend to be some one they aren't when you ask specifically to speak to the CEO. They transfer you to someone else and when you're finished telling her the problem your having. Then they tell you "I'M NOT THE CEO" " SHE'S IN A MEETING". Then why answer the phone and say your the CEO. My daughter had an insurance check that she tried to cash to fix her vehicle. They put it on hold and was told by some rude lady named Becky that she would have to get it fixed, show proof, then they would release the check. How the hell are you to fix the vehicle if you can't even buy the parts. Then she tells my daughter that she needs to take it to the dealership and get it fixed. It's non of her business where the car is taken. It's not her choice. Then when my daughter tells her that the shops are backed up. She rudely tells my daughter, " I DON'T CARE WHERE YOU TAKE IT. YOU CAN TAKE IT TO MEXICO FOR ALL I CARE. BUT YOUR NOT GETTING THE CHECK TILL YOU GET IT FIXED." This IGNORANT Lady acts like the money belongs to her. When my daughter couldn't get any help. I called and asked to speak to the CEO. This Becky Lady started talking down to me, raising her voice at me, and being very disrespectful. I told her that I was not going to argue with her to transfer me to the CEO. She hung up on me. I called again. Becky answers and transferred me to Cheyenne. This girl pretended to be CEO. And tells me something totally different than what Becky says. I still want to speak to the CEO and according to them, she's still in a meeting and they will not transfer me. These women need some training. They forget that we're customer's. And they wouldn't have a job without the customers. They released half the check and now they won't release the rest until my daughter shows proof that the car is fixed. That's not a problem but they first said to email pictures. Now they want the car taken to them to see it. I think they just make they're own rules as they go along. Time to change Banks. Worst place and people I have ever dealt with 😕.

If you ever plan to move out of the state, do not go through this bank. I was forced to refinance my vehicle because “they don’t do out of state financing”. I had my loan with them for over 3 years. Never missed a payment. Never late on a payment. Now it’s been an absolute nightmare on my end trying to get my vehicle registered properly after having to go through the process of refinancing elsewhere.
