Been doing business here for about 15 yrs. 3 loans approved and paid in full, no late payments, always on time! Wondering when it change from nice helpful people that helped you with your questions without treating you like you don't have the ability to meet the standards they set. That you don't qualify based on their personal opinion without review of your credit. Just wow. Had to use a small town bank that remembers the value of the partners.

Can't reach by phone. I tried to make a big purchase it was denied. Funds are more then enough. No call or text to verify large purchase. Now I'm in the cue. Had to leave a message. No call back ye so i lowered my purchase so i can leave with some things. I will have to make another long trip and another purchase. They need someone to answer their phone.

Customer service is horrible! This bank doesn’t know the first thing about how to treat its customers with respect. I’ve been with them for decades but after a recent experience it’s time to find a better bank. When a bank refuses to accept a signed court document on a probate case by the executor and locks you out of the office then seals the info into an envelope addressed to your lawyer speaks to the point that these people at this bank are incompetent at best and do not understand the law. My lawyer has strongly recommended a different bank.

When I moved to Montana from Texas, I kept my checking account here, and I am certainly glad. When my debit card information was stolen and charges were attempted, none of them went through, and I got a timely text alert from the Fannin Credit Union Fraud department.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
