CASSANDRA at the Bridge City branch is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, my account was compromised for the second time this year. Other employees helped shut down my card and make sure no more money was moving without my permission, however when I called back and got Cassandra, she went above and beyond to track down where exactly the fraud started, how they had gotten a hold of my account and how they were able to transfer money among my checking and savings. It was great how she went through the trouble to get me answers instead of just taking the required steps. I have decided to shut down my account with Wellspring due to difficulty and restrictions of not having many branches, but even through this process Cassandra assisted and made this process easy and enjoyable given the circumstances. Thank you, Cassandra!

I want to give a big Thank You to Mrs. Phyllis at the Bridge City Branch. We met several years ago, and she has gone above and beyond to help us when we needed it. She is such a wonderful person, and I hate to see her Retire. I hope the best for you on your retirement, and gee there or not enough Thank You for all you have done. Best of luck. Again thank you. I told all the new tellers she was my mother. LOL. Going to miss you b

Sadly, I have a loan here from the transition from a better IBEWCU. Now I have to deal with poor service and lack of communication. Was transferred 3 times to get the wrong answer, and later asked for another service and never received a call back. Wise people would not seek to do business here if they have a choice.

Horrible experience dealing with this place! Beth was the only one who seemed to care about finishing a transaction that had been going on for 20+ days. Finally on day 25 the ordeal was finished. I made several attempts at trying to get Tonia to communicate with me and still NOTHING! Finally got so bad that the CEO Janna got involved. I do not recommend these folks at all! BEWARE!!!
