This was easily the best customer service banking experience that I've ever had. The branch manager Alan was patient with all my questions for our auto loan application and process. Plus they had the best rate and terms out of the multiple credit unions that I shopped. Thanks Alan and Valwood Park FCU.

I like it but their stuff such as Ms. Melinda, she kind of helped me getting my first Roth IRA Account, she is very dismissive, and rude, not sure what is her problem. I would like other person than her to help me with my accounts, and would like management looking to her attitude towards customers.

I have been a VPFCU member for over 15 years! They have great loan rates, I’m on my forth car loan. They made the whole process quick and easy! The entire team has always been helpful and very kind! Best credit union experience! Won’t go anywhere else!

Valwood Park is the best! I am on my 6th vehicle loan with them (between my wife and I) and the interest rates are always reasonable . The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I choose Valwood always!
