If you work with credit unions you shouldn't be charging a fee. Its a rip off. $4.00 fee and a $3.00 fee and .50 cents change for a balance inquiry that I didn't ask for.

The people on the call center never pick up for some bizarre reason. I'm trying to get a fraudulent overdraft fee reversed and cannot currently drive myself over to the bank and I have already been on hold for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous! Not to mention that when i have tried to do their 'call back' feature by pressing 1 they just... never called me back even several days later, multiple times over several months. As if i just didn't exist. Not to mention the bank is mismanaged and cant seem to fix their website functions for checking card status's and at this point I may have to find someone else to bank with given the fact that its clear that they don't care. Maybe the credit union in the next town over will be better at actually addressing peoples questions or stopping fraudulent payments that go through even though non-fraud payments regularly get blocked for seemingly no reason other than giggling. I'd rather like to see their explanation of this even when it is multiple days after the last major holiday and when they are currently open for business until 5pm when it is currently 1:28pm at the time of writing this. EDIT: Finally got this resolved within last few days but its still upsetting that i had to call using another number just to be answered. I can now call on my normal phone however at least

Will never be back to this bank again. I have 3 other bank accounts all which have money in them came to this bank to open a account for my business and to deposit $3000 and since I just moved 3 days ago and didn’t have a current address on my DL they wouldn’t open a account. Offered to give them my account information from a business account which has my current address on it for my business address refused to accept anything else besides my ID with current address and that’s absolutely not the address I want on my account I want it all mailed to my business address. Horrible professionalism at this place and will be taking my business elsewhere and deposit my money in another bank.

So we had a direct deposit that came in, but was in pending status. While that direct deposit was pending, a few transactions came through, and we were charged 3 $30 fees. However, the manager was very kind, explained what had happened and how their system operates, and credited us back the $90. When in doubt, or have a question, just give them a call.

Free online account management and bill pay. Online transfers between my subaccounts are pretty much instant (I left my bank for Members Credit Union because those transfers could take days!). Did I mention the free meal for members at the annual meeting? If you haven't yet switched from a bank to a credit union and live in the area (Johnson and Tarrant counties at least) I recommend you talk to a friendly Members Credit Union staff member ASAP.
