Huge improvements since I’ve been using them. We had some hiccups in the beginning but just lately I was able to set up a 2nd vehicle loan 100% remote, swing by the office same day, and everything I needed was waiting for me - they knew me by name. The office manager personalized my experience based on our existing relationship, and helped get exactly what I needed in incredible time. This type of ‘small town feel’ is exactly what I was looking for in a CU. Keep it up BSCU, this is how you earn and keep business from the big banks.

Brazos Star is truly the brightest place to bank! They helped me get started building my credit, they have lots of events that help and involve the community, their rates are among the most competitive, and their small size allows you to develop a close relationship with their team! Not the biggest, just the best!

This is a great place to bank if you are in the Bryan/College Station area! The people that work there are very kind and they always answer my questions. I’ve never had an issue in my time with them. Highly recommended!

Always extremely reliable with my auto loans, have financed from them twice and they provide extremely reasonable rates and impeccable service by Morgan. Would recommend!
