I was very stressed and worried, I had an issue on my account and didn't know what to do. I called the Credit union after 5pm expecting everyone to have gone home for the day. But, someone was there and it was Belinda G. From the Call Center and she was so extremely helpful. She solved my problem immediately and was very kind and sweet. She has the best customer service skills that I've come across and I deal with many Credit unions and Banks that I have accounts with. Gulf Coast Federal Credit is really lucky to have Belinda on their TEAM!

Great first time experience applying for a personal loan with GCFCU. In less than a day of applying, had the loan deposited into my account. Darlene kept me informed every step of the way and was so great to work with as well as Jose at my local branch office. Best interest rate I’ve seen compared to other institutions. Highly recommend GCFCU!

I have to say what an amazing customer service I received this morning from Blanca De La Fuente at the Staples street GulfCoastFederalCreditUnion bank... She was so helpful and welcoming with all my questions. She helped answer each and every question I asked. If anyone has gone out of their way to help a customer its been Blanca, with all her knowledge and understanding a customer. So next time you need help at this bank ask for her. the ladies in the lobby here are always really helpful and know exactly what they're talking about. the girl they have running the drive thru at nite i think her name is katherine? shes a real peach she helped me so much with understanding my loan payments will be requesting her help from now on.
