I’ve always had my car note with this bank but awhile ago I started having a lot of issues with another bank. I decided to move everything over especially 2 Ssi accounts for my children. I was overwhelmed under a lot of pressure and stress with appointments all week with now 3 disabled children. They are so patient and understanding. I’m so glad I stick to this location no matter what it’s worth the drive being from kingsville. I don’t mind at all! Especially my girl Perla I can come off difficult but if you get to know me you know I just like things neat. Everyone there at the branch has been so understanding and patient. Even for me I suffer from some serious disorders and it feels nice to feel seen. You know? So grateful for that especially with everything we’re going through as a family. Also , was so impressed and grateful when my son who is autistic was acting up they did not make me feel as if he was a bother. Instead some kind gentlemen offered him stickers. Even though they only calmed him for second. It’s the thought n the gesture goes a long way for me as a mother. Thank you , so grateful. Much love 🙏🏼❤️

Auto loan service gets the 2 stars.... ball dropped, couldn't get Joel to return a phone call or email because he was on phone with another dealership. Sadly, he still hasn't reached out. But then... I have Manuel reach out to me on Saturday... right off the bat.. he was soooo annoyed with having to work on something that he didn't start, it was evident in his voice. Sad thing is that I am a member, had the best auto loan service with Gabby, she was amazing. These guys dropped the ball and now we are stuck with Rally CU for an auto loan...unfortunately!

Went there to pay a loan and got stuck about an hour due to some complications at my end, Perla was really helpful and patient. She helped us in a very professional manner with a wide smile and great attitude all the way. The success of any institute relies upon professional employees like her that's why I recommend doing business with them.
