⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rally Credit Union. The customer service I encountered was horrible, with representatives displaying rude and unhelpful attitudes at every turn. It was shocking to see such behavior from a company that claims to operate under the philosophy of “people helping people.” Instead of feeling supported, I felt dismissed and undervalued as a member. The interactions were frustrating and completely unprofessional, making it clear that their actions do not reflect the community-focused values they advertise. I expected a welcoming, helpful experience, but what I received was the opposite. I cannot recommend this credit union to anyone looking for respectful, member-focused service.

Niko Wetzel was exceptionally helpful, to say the least! When my mother fell victim to a scam affecting her bank account, Niko went above and beyond to assist us. He patiently guided us through updating and securing her checking account, savings account, and IRA. His extensive knowledge, keen attention to detail, and unwavering patience made a stressful situation much more manageable. We are truly grateful for the time and care he invested—he is a genuine customer advocate!

Users beware!! The bank offers holiday "skip-a-pay" for loans but somehow bungles their own procedures. It goes like this: sign up for it, get confirmation, have the payment taken out anyways, spend hours on the phone sorting out the reversal, have it refunded into a different account to where it was drawn from, no communication. This bank has lost all trust due to gross incompetence.

Jorge Perez is an exceptional associate from Rally Credit Union. He was very informative and prioritized my wife and I as customers while he was working with us. Highly recommend him for anyones financial needs and assistance, 5 stars! Definitely coming back if I need any more help in the future.

Just left this specific Rally location and was pleased with how calm and reassuring customer service rep Alexis was. She explained how overdraft charges worked etc, and got me a new card without hassle all within my lunch hour! 🙏🏽
