Very rude workers 😭Only the manager is really nice , I only stay with them because it’s the closest bank to me But I do not recommend! The worker tried accusing me of fraud earlier saying I was trying to get money from someone else’s account because she messed up on her end . She never apologized or anything.

All ways said I dont have insurance when I pay my car payment I pay my Insurance every month so aggravated with them because they blame my Insurance company then whem.my Insurance company called them.they didn't what to talk to them

First off they have some very rude people answering the phones. If you don't like your job FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! Secondly I can guarantee those people don't like their money played with and neither do I. They have my paycheck sitting there but I was told when accounting gets to it then they will get to it before she hung up on me (12/19/23 @ 1:45pm-1:50pm). David Brooks you need to do better with who you employ at your banks as they are a reflection of you. I was calling to ask a simple question because I was concerned that maybe something happened with payroll at my job cause it's been happening and I was dealt with rudely! I wonder of I can tell my bills I'll get to you when I get to you because my bank is too busy to deposit my check 🤷‍♀️

I just recently purchased a new vehicle and was unhappy with the interest rate the dealership gave us. I contacted Adriana and she went above and beyond to get my car refinanced at a much lower rate! It took less than 2 weeks from start to finish and she answered all my questions. It's the first time I ever refinanced a vehicle and Adriana made it so easy and painless. My husband went to the branch to deposit a check to open the account and he said the staff is very friendly.
