My Experience At TFCU Was absolutely Great they Made me feel welcomed with there home and cozy waiting area with a brick fireplace a nice cup of hot chocolate with there cute lil coffee Machine it was a cool Vibe ..I wanna thank Christi Merritt She was so helpful she explained to me about all the services and you get 25 if you invite friends or family to join you both recieve 25 .. Ya’ll go Check out Christi She was amazing and very friendly…🟢

I had a great experience dealing with Christi Merritt. She was very helpful, thorough, and professional in helping me secure refinancing for my vehicle. She also went above and beyond and helped me with a signature loan to get some high interest payments down into a very manageable and beneficial payment plan. Can’t say enough good things about her and TCFU.

Antonio had excellent customer service! He helped my fiance and me get established within the credit union. He also helped us realize we were capable of saving more money with one of the programs that TFCU offered. We had been shopping around for various banks and the energy and warmth when we walked in the door at this branch was immediate. The staff at this location are all amazingly kind. 10/10 experience.
