Extremely disappointing experience. I spent time researching Advancial and decided to apply despite the limited branches. I completed the entire online application, provided all required personal and banking information, and reached the end of the process, only to be abruptly kicked out with no confirmation, no account number, and no explanation. When I tried to log back in, I couldn’t access anything or restart the application. I called customer service to understand what happened and, more importantly, where my sensitive information had gone. Instead of receiving clarity or empathy, I was met with defensiveness and “I don’t know, it’s not my fault.” After putting me on hold, the representative told me my application was declined because I “entered my name wrong,” which makes no sense. If there was an issue, the system should have flagged it. It did not. It allowed me to complete the entire process and then disappeared. What bothered me most was not the technical glitch, it was the lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care. When someone trusts you with their financial information, they deserve transparency and professionalism. If this is the level of service during onboarding, I have no confidence in the support I would receive as a customer. I chose not to proceed.

I am a Loan Processor with Willow Processing and I worked with Micah Johnson and Rudy Mendoza at Advancial. What wonderful people to work with. It was my first 2 loans with them that was a little complicated and they helped me the entire way through. They did what most lenders were not able to. Very impressed.

Elizabeth Lopez our member service representative was just outstanding!! Every question that we had she answered with a warm tone and made us feel very secure in this process. She would call and check in to see how everything was going along. Followed up with a wonderful conversation regarding our outcome of the service that we needed and we are also thinking about opening up an account with you!! Thank you Advancial, for hiring competent people to do their job with a nice, comforting, knowledgeable, funny, and respectful employee you definitely hired. Keep up the good work

All I have to do is call Paul Gage and he can help me out. Advancial seems to be a full service bank. Very helpful. They have walked me through the process of getting a loan, different loan officers have called, upon approval, to explain real estate loans, auto loans, online banking & their “no additional fees” policy as some banks seem to engage in. My advocate, Paul Gage was very thorough in explaining Advancial’s departments and would help me transfer my accounts if needed. Very helpful process. Great bank and people friendly.
