WORST CREDIT UNION in the world!!!! From the very beginning!!! I was given an incorrect account number! So my paycheck deposit didn’t hit my account on my daughter’s 8th birthday! Called them and was given another incorrect account number! The branch manager gave me a loan! That would auto draft out of my account once the check hit my correct account. Well this happened 3 times before I received my paycheck!!! I wanted to closed the account then! But I was like no let me give them a chance! Worst mistake EVER!!!! When I say they lock my card up for simple transactions at my local Walgreens to me being charged a fee for absolutely everything!!!! Avoid them at all Cost otherwise it’ll definitely cost you a lot!!!! The staff is not friendly and they don’t know anything!!! Don’t care about anything or anyone!!!!! I hate I ever enrolled in this bank and as a Baylor Employee this has to be the worst entity Baylor is associated with!!!

I have a huge respect for this Credit Union. Over the years they have been there for my every need. A 'real person' has helped me through challenging events (1990's to current) more than once! I appreciate the excellent customer service and LOVED the guidance with my car purchasing experience! Baylor Credit Union is fantastic!

I would not suggest this credit union, mostly due to the location, and I felt there was a bit of incompetence. I had an issue with a debit card transaction. When I called to get additional information, I was told I needed to call the credit card company. I had to repeat that it was a debit card, not a credit card. She wasn't able to assist me with filing a dispute; she had to place me on hold and ask someone else how to handle that issue. I was later told I would have to pay a fee to stop payment. Stop payment for what? I wanted to dispute a charge, meaning it was unauthorized, and there should be no fee charged to do that. Also, they don't always return calls or answer the phone. I chose to move on, and I'm happy I did.

Horrible. I am missing money out of my account and no one can tell me why. Customer service is horrible, quickly transferred.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
