Euphoria Jackson with City Credit Union just gave me the BEST customer service!! I was having with an issue with accessing my online account and making needed updates. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix all my issues quickly. CCU should be very proud of this employee representing the organization in such a professional manner. I requested a call back from CCU I reviewed my call back from Rep. Heather who was able to assist me with my needs for on-line banking so I could access my account. She was very professional courteous and provided excellent customer service, my issue was resolved and she ask me if there was anything else she could assist me with. On May 28th I had the pleasure to open a IRA with Karen Jaral. Karen was extremely knowledgeable with IRA opening process , she also assisted me with docuSign for documents she needed.
