Scam of a credit union. Woke up to a fraud text for one transaction that was stopped so I’m check my account to see 12 more. I call card services and spoke to a rep who moved at the pace of a turtle. I asked for a manager and he had no since of urgency as I recently another charge while on the phone. I called the call center when they open to be told systems were down. She was nice at least. I called later to hold well over an hr for someone to disconnect the call. Called back and requested a call back and spoke with Jane rude self. She told me I needed to wait 10 business days for a provisional credit. The few thousand i had in that account gone and they tell me to wait 10 days. How do I feed my kids? I continue to let them know thats not a feasible solution. How do i feed my kids when im waiting on a credit that will take 10 days. I stated if not resolved i was going to a branch and she told me I can complain there as well (pull the call). Hell im supposed to do blow u criminals a kiss? How do you stop one transaction and allow 13 more to go through. How am I complaining cause my money missing? The solution was to release the pending charges but let me know you will be back in the negative in a couple days…. Said it like I should be so thankful to have access to my money for a couple of days. I withdrew my funds and moved to a credit union that wont take 10 days to help. Like yall know its fraud, i was notified by resource one yet the only solution is to keep me in the negative. The branch mesquite was full of people who were there for the same reason but at least they were kind. Ive had this account since at least 2000 but this is it. Yall will never get a chance to play with my money and ability to eat again.

Spoke with Patricia Contreras in your call center about a fraud incident with my card. She was very kind and professional! She reassured me I made the right decision by sticking with R1CU! Member since early 1990's. Thanks again! Patricia is definitely an asset to your company!

Been banking with them for years, and has no complaints at all. They have great customer service a + for me. And their fraud protection are simply awsome.

The employee (MIGUEL) was not discreet while discussing sensitive banking information. Conversations could be overheard by others nearby, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about confidentiality and privacy. The employee (MIGUEL)displayed unprofessional and dismissive behavior. I would love to speak with someone about this matter shouldn’t be taken lightly at all.
