Horrible experience. I have had two accounts with this lender that has been closed since 08/2020. paid and closed at that. only to find that on my Equifax credit report this lender is reporting a total of 6 late payments for the year of 2024. 4 on one account and 2 on the other. i have disputed this with the local fcu and Equifax now 7 times and have had no results in getting this fixed. my suggestion do not use this bank for anything. poor customer service. I have zero late payments or negative accounts with any other bank expect this one.

Been a member for decades. The credit union has allowed for years to create an ongoing savings account to accrue savings. On rare occasions finance a car. When checks were lost in mail they stood by us and we never lost a penny. When I retired I was not sure how to use the credit union. Was even thinking of closing my account when I decided to have my social security check sent there. What a smart idea that was. I save almost THIRD OF MY SS CHECK EACH MONTH ALLOWING THOUSANDS TO COLLECT AND USE WHEN EXTRA CASH IS NEEDED. We make a withdrawal every two months to offset the cost of wire transfers. the folks there are always nice to me and very helpful.

Never have had a bad experience. In fact they have gone out of their way to help me with. Signature loans, car loan, and they see you more than a credit score. Have helped me with the transactions above more on the fact of my work history, and paycheck direct deposited to account. I like the fact that my payments are deducted for me and the wkly payments (am pd wkly) are easier for me. To me it's a win win. On time payments help my credit. Richard and Judy have gone out of their way in customer service.

PLEASE DO NOT !!! At one point of time I had nothing but nice things to say about this credit union but when I finally got into some trouble I started noticing they treated me differently than my white friends. I’ve been doing business with them for over 5 Years & I’ve never missed a payment & ive always paid back my debt. When I was out in a position to have to buy a new car I leaned on these guys! They took advantage of me , they sold the car for more than what I would of paid at the dealership and they also put a tracking device on it! Also , everyone knows your business from the receptions back to the loan office! Don’t make the mistake I did these people only take care of their on.

They appear to be a good credit union. My husband has had no problems. The downside is that they only have one location in Dallas, they have online banking but no mobile deposit capabilities, and their online banking seems a little behind the times even though they just upgraded it.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
