If you don't like being mistreated, Don't do your taxes here. I went to do my taxes and they treated me horrible, there was still time to do my taxes but the woman refused and charged me extra money apart from the $50 fee. Then she yells at me because I asked her to explain me what the extension process is like, but since the woman told me one thing and then another completely different, I asked her to write down the day and time to be more sure because I wasn't understanding her. . She yells at me "NO!" that I'm wasting her time, then very rudely threw my cards at me and she kicked me out of her office. So even though she kept my money, she didn't do my taxes so I better went somewhere else. Sadly I wasn't the only one she treated badly since before me a she yelled at a Mexican couple in the same way but she spoke very kindly to some Americans.

Berder federal credit union has been my Banks sense I was little boy my mom put allowance money into. I’ve had it for over 30 years might’ve changed the account number once. they’ve always help me with my accidental overdraft they reverse the overdraft charge. Even though it was my fault they have the common courtesy to realize we don’t have enough money and cut us a break. Even though the lines for other customers might be long or something .but lines are long everywhere and it’s worth the wait for good service thank you and God bless this company and employees my name is Jarrod Paul Lang “This is a real review. They help me through bad times”.pic is me as a little boy

Disappointed at there way of making me stay with no active card, it expired before the new year & totally forgot about getting a new card. ( Everyone Has A Busy Life) So I called today and lady said oh you should have gotten one a month prior to your due date (which I didn't). Then comes back to say oh it said it was a bad address & I've gotten mail there before, which I didn't understand!? I never received call/email/txt saying my address needed to be updated or it was bad. I told her well I need a card & either I needed overnighted to me. Then wants to say its a $6 charge Haha now why, would I pay for them to send me a card when its their job? Right? I mean just the way they wanna charge $5 Royal Checking Fee. They should be able to wave the fee, but I had to make other arrangements for card to be sent to me. Get it under control BFCU.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
