Convenient location in North Denton, beautiful branch, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent ATM’s. Loyal to customers. I’ve been with DATCU for nearly 50 years with no regrets. Highly recommended!

The people who work here are as lovely as at any location. And I was initially excited to have a branch so close to me. But whoever decided this locale didn't need more than a drive-thru ATM should be out of a job. The only time I tend to visit a branch is to deposit checks too large for mobile deposit. And I much prefer the drive-thru for that. This location doesn't meet my needs therefore, so I'm left driving across town now (to another location, since the one nearest me appears to have been closed so that this one could open--and the old one had a full-service drive-thru). Again, great people, but I hope this regression in accessibility isn't a sign of things to come. I'd also love to make clear to any corporate entity reading this that DATCU's AD&D and Life products are both wildly overpriced when looking at market averages.

Deposited a check into joint account and some how ended up in my wife’s individual account. Always have these issues, we just keep the account for the credit union benefits.

I have used DCTCU since 1984 and have been more than satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service is quick.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
