All employees are unable to stop auto draft from charging your account and the account must be closed to stop any auto draft from charging your account. Meaning if you have a negative balance and want to stop incurring a 22$ fee from failed auto draft attempts you will have to close the account. Which is very disappointing. As this allows more debt to the bank to accrue working in their favor and not yours. :(

This bank will lose money charge for overdrafts and have the audacity to think they’re doing you a favor. They systems are always down, they have the sorriest customer service I have ever dealt with and are incompetent as a financial institution.

I’m still missing money from my account and no one has contacted me after they said they would. Specifically Nancy Gonzalez. It’s been over a month. Take your business somewhere else if you don’t want to end up like me.

Only putting a star because I had to, to be able to type a review…. HORRIBLE BANK!!!!! Got my tax refund sent to my account and since the check was made out to my husband…. It’s usually us both since everything on my transcript says the both of us… THEY RETURNED MY INCOME TAX!!!! Said they have a rule to where no one can deposit any checks into someone else’s accounts…. She said this has been their rule and they are just now “paying attention” to it. Mind you I pulled out my phone to show proof we have done it like this for 8 YEARS!!! The lady Brittany who called me was so rude the lady who said she was a “manager” was very rude by cutting me off when I was explaining if it was your rule why do it now??? She said they sent it back because my husband didn’t come in and I did instead and that he was not on my account so they returned it then. But the lady at the front when I called that morning to transfer money said nothing about it and said okay your money was sent… it was the only money I had in my account which was the tax return. They then closed it after I came in to pull out money and reversed the transfer I made hours before… HORRIBLE BANK!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! Closed my account right then and there!

Texans guy has been a miracle for my personal credit. I started with Texan sky with about a 600 score. Never had a loan. They helped me get my first credit card. I see a lot of bad reviews but I have not had one bad experience with Texan sky. In fact they've helped me become more financially stable over the last 4 years. This is a the perfect place to store your money for any level of finance. Thanks !!
