I was a member before I retired. I went back and they accepted me without a question. I'm going to get my car refinanced at a lot better rate than GM financial.

Very unprofessional staff, their customer service needs better associates to attend the phone calls. Did not want to give money that was transfer for more than 12 hrs. Needs better protocol for money transfers, customers have emergencies and is in need of their own money in their personal account, and can't have access to it. Very disappointing for a place like this to treat customers in that manner.

Called to let them know that I was going out of town. Lady was very helpful and friendly. Been with them for over 30 years and never had a problem with them. Love my C.U.

I just called for information in opening an account and well, really bad customer service. I been working in customer service all my life and this is unacceptable. Not even recommending this place at all. This place needs better management that teach the workers good people skills because right now that’s what they are lacking. Terrible service.

I have banked with this institution for over 20yrs. The customer service is great, and the banking options are good - online banking, loans etc. The only knock on the bank is that you may not accrue a lot in the way of intrest if you have a savings account. Other than that, I love this bank.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
