Very disappointed. Went in to do my banking. Called to a teller who was offended when I said Merry Christmas to her. She said that it's not Christmas yet!!! Then I introduced myself and asked for her name and she glared at me. I told her my name was Joey. Once again I get a dirty look. Then, because I just retired after 47 years of teaching and coaching, I asked her where she went to high school. This time she glared at me so I politely asked her why the dirty look. Then she snapped at me and asked why would I ask her such a question. Very very bad vibes from a dark spirited young lady. When finished with her I was seen by a pleasant woman who helped me with a CD. Then she sent me to a different teller from the first, thank goodness. Her name was PAT and she saved the day!!! She was AMAZING!!! Kind, polite, fun, and a sweet heart. She made things much much better. Extremely helpful and thorough. If not for her I would have withdrawn ALL of my money and never returned. I know that branch can do much much better. When I asked the first teller if she'd gotten her Christmas shopping done she said, sarcastically, that she can't shop with no money. How sad to have such an attitude. I usually use the Westside branch and have NEVER had a problem. I hope the manager can use this as a coaching moment for his employees. I mean no one any ill will. Soooo Merry Christmas to all...even Miss Grumpy!!!

Have banked with this credit union for more than 20 years and the one time that I have an issue and need help their tellers Claudia and Jesus at the Cromo location decided it’s OK to yell that they can’t help me and to figure it out myself. very rude, unprofessional. I would suggest nobody bank with them and Find another credit union that is actually willing to help the few customers that they do have. And then when I called to inform them a bank manager that I spoke to on the phone was also very rude but didn’t get her name. DO NO BANK WITH THIS WANNABE CREDIT UNION.

I am very disappointed with many things changing in this bank. First I had gone to put a stop on a check. Turns out after telling the cashier that all I wanted was to stop the check she doesn’t do that but instead she puts the amount of the check on hold and not the check. I needed to rewrite a new check and that’s when I realized what she had done. Had to go back and have all that corrected. Second the bank calls me to make sure I wrote that check so they can get my permission to cash that check due to the amount. I said “yes go ahead and cash it please “. Minutes later the contractor called me that they refused to cash it and was told she had to go deposit it to her account (different bank) why would they even call me. I left a voice message to the branch manager and never heard from her. Thirdly I went to make a deposit and had 2 dimes and a nickel with me and I asked if I could just have a quarter. Was told no, that they no longer accept coins to use the coin machine ( really for 3 coins unbelievable) Finally I go today to deposit a check mixing the dates, I scratched of the wrong date put the correct one and initialed it. Sure enough teller tells me that she will deposit my check but it’ll be return for the date correction and I will be charge $29.00. After being a member for so many years it’s sad how inconvenience this bank has gotten. I really miss the previous manager and tellers..,

This is by far the WORST credit union in town. The tellers are extremely rude and very disrespectful with the customers. The branch manager is also pretty rude. I guess that’s why the tellers are the way they are. Every time I go there I get the very bad service. I only go to make a payment and there always seems to be a problem. I went to talk to the branch manager and at first she didn’t greet me and wanted to talk in the lobby. Not very professional. After expressing my concerns and letting her know what the problem was she changed her attitude. She said she would talk to her tellers but didn’t sound very convincing. I don’t recommend this credit union for ANY banking services. They are truly the worst of the worst. Don’t say I didn’t warn y’all!

Everyone I dealt with this morning Nov 3, 2025 , seemed to have an attitude and was not very friendly. Like if I was a bother. Reading the other comments, I see I’m not the only one who feels this way.
