This is a second rae bank. I regret doing business with this organization. They are not a fully backed organization. Had my account compromised and was charged several thousand of dollars in fraudulent charges out of Washington State and the hey reimbursed a slall fraction of the fraudulent charges. Jessica had my bank card stopped, 2 times without notification and when I needed it I couldn’t use it. I needed to go and wait an hour to get a new card. In response to the banks reply herein and their honest effort to rectify this issue I amend my review. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were treated fairly. Thank you for Your help.

I needed help ASAP and this wonderful woman Ms Nikki just helped me get everything squared away. I desperately needed to pay my past due rent and the Ms Nikki helped me right away. I am so grateful to her for her quick action and professional attitude.

My card compromised. I received a text message. I called customer service and was told to come to the branch to get a new card free of charge since the system detected fraud and was confirmed. When I get here the representative says I have to pay a $5 fee, which is unacceptable since this was not my fault. It would be great customer service if this fee was refunded back to my account as this situation should nit be at my expense.

Everyone in this credit union is amazing! So friendly, efficient and if they do not know how to solve something they will do whatever they can to figure it out. Gabriel was super helpful and Claudia was amazing, she went above and beyond. This is the best location, I know they can resolve any issue.
