We’ve been going to the credit union for 29 years. The only problem I have is the system. I wish it was more simple to get on and when it kicks you off you gotta wait until it’s open to get in your checking account or savings. The employees are great. I do miss Laura that work there.

The “only male loan officer” was extremely rude when I called asking about the loan status for a mutual customer. I’ve never experienced that lack of professionalism, or the fact that he couldn’t seem to tie the customer name and information, to the only loan officer working on our customers deal. I recommend having some training classes on how to speak to people, or this credit union will lose business. Extremely unprofessional.

Nice people, decent rates, etc. Buggy computer systems; changed my address online and checked on the app, displays the new address. For some reason they didn't have the new address on their end. Paperwork kept going to the old address. Direct deposit had issues as well. Account is always locked, have to keep calling to reset my password, it’s happened consecutively before. Don’t know if I can trust them to keep anything secure.

I have used ICEFCU for a little over two years now and I will never use another bank/credit union again. They gave me an unbelievable interest rate when I bought my car (especially compared to my old credit union) and I've never had any issues whatsoever with fees or hidden costs. The customer service is exemplary. The ladies that work there are very nice and even went out of their way to contact me when I had forgotten to give them my brew number and my new card had come in and my ex went to the post office and had all my mail returned to sender! Without the ladies that work here, there's no telling howlong it would have been before I found out! Thank you to everyone here for changing my perspective on banks! Yall are awesome!

I met the most amazing lady today at this establishment. Her name is Kendra, and she treated me like a person, not a number. She listened to my concerns, and guided me thru the process. We talked for an hour and I just walked in. Along time ago I came to this place a they were rude. This wasn’t the case today, I would highly recommend her for anything.
