I love love SWFCU. 10 stars Luke has always gone above and beyond for my family, which we truly appreciate. Luke has always been able to help us during emergency situations. We just purchased two vehicles. Luke sent us to Temeka to help us with the auto loans. Temeka made our process run so smoothly. Temeka helped me and listen to every concern, all the problems with the dealership and let me vent to her. Temeka never got tired of all my phone calls. I can truly say Tamika is my best friend now. I will be calling in and checking in on her weekly. This is why I love the credit union they make you just feel like a forever friend by the end of the process. I have another best friend at the credit union, sorry Luke 😂😂

Do NOT use this as your primary financial institution. I have never dealt with such a lack of problem solving when it deals with a person’s ability to EAT!!! Count your days SWFCU… May GNATS follow those same two employees that work there from home be warm, flat, and just as irritating as their ability to do everything BUT answer the questions asked or deliver an explanation with an ounce of professional tone! And to think… all I wanted to do was make a freaking DEPOSIT!!!

I use to LOVE this credit union. I see now they are money hungry!! The reps there has no compassion or empathy it’s a money thing for them. I talk to a lady in the solution departments (can’t think of her name for nothing) she did tell me to basically make better financial decisions. She said I am 63 and you’re 42 I don’t have loans. She said I could have took the whole amount that was needed but I didn’t. I am so moving my direct deposit and they can pick up their car. They have left such a bad taste in my mouth not all but some. Jessica and Simone were amazing and took out the time to listen they never once cut me off.

This company is the biggest scam known to man what they do is Finance your car and then they say that you didn't send them proof of insurance so they can add on their insurance which would be double your payment and if you don't pay the full amount then your payments will still be late resulting in them coming to repo your car after a while I truly believe this company is doing illegal work and I believe the representative Tawana is behind it all all my encounters with her have been unprofessional and tasteless a car that I refinanced with them was stolen earlier this year and they said my insurance need to cover it even though they added their insurance without my approval or consent long story short the car was surrendered back to them because the computers were fried and I haven't heard or gotten anything in the mail from them since I'm 100% sure that this bank is ripping people off and taking advantage of people lack of knowledge if I was you I stay far far away from this institution the con is unreal they lied to people telling them that they didn't show them proof of insurance just to double your car payment even my insurance Institution send them several declarations I can go on and on about these people just don't give them your business

I have been with SWF for decades. While I value them, I am not fond of their recent trend towards standardizing their practices. They were once very supportive of members across all their products. Currently, they emphasis solely on high interest rates for auto loans and now credit. SWF, it is important to maintain a sense of integrity and responsibility in your financial practices, unlike some other banks. Please be aware of the tax bracket that pertains to you, as it is lower than you might think, and you are no longer engaging in member friendly banking.
