I recently applied for a car loan with FWCCU and Mackenzie made sure I was taken care of every step of the way! She answered all my questions, explained everything in detail and answered all my calls. She was very patient with me and basically held my hand. Lol I hope that in the future, if I ever need another vehicle I get to go through the process with her again. Dear FWCCU, please make sure to give her a good raise. :)

Went into FWCCU today. I was referred by a very good friend who has been a long time member, who joined me. I researched other credit unions, however, the ratings, interest rates for the accounts, products and services at FWCCU really stood out. Excellent customer service is extremely important… and not always present when you go into a business. Let me tell you … Alexis is AMAZING!!! FULL STOP! She was extremely attentive, professional and detailed. She listened to my needs, concerns and wonderings. She wanted to hear about my short and long term financial goals, so she could begin laying the path and build that foundation. Additionally, she offered information to me because she knew “ I did not know what I didn’t know about all the possible services.” Beyond that … she made me feel confident, comfortable, and assured that I made the right decision by coming to FWCCU. She is really a “personal banker.” If you are considering a financial institution… look no further … than FWCCU and be sure to ask for Alexis.

I recently applied for a car loan with FWCCU and Brittney Q made the process very easy. She answered all of my questions, and explained everything in detail. Brittney answered my calls right away, and was very patient with us. Brittney was awesome to work with and would recommend her to anyone applying for a car loan. PS. FWCCU please give Brittney a good raise. I give her 10 thumbs up!!

Brittney Quigley was my loan officer and did a tremendous job. She worked quickly to get us approved for an auto loan and she made sure we got every discount that we were eligible for. The dealership messed up on drafting late in the day and she intervened and fixed what they messed up. She even followed up the next day to make sure everything went through correctly. I HIGHLY recommend Brittney Quigley and Fort Worth City Credit Union for all your banking needs!

Best credit union in DFW.. service and rates and different kind of products. The share profit at the end of the year is a great bonus for members. It pays to be a member with loans and share accounts. Love my Fort Worth Proud Visa with no cash advance fee, fix rate and no annual fee and low rate..Thank you Fort worth City CU.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
