Used this account since I work for NRCS as a little nest egg, but never was able to use the card. Always denied me and would say insufficient funds with a positive balance. I’d have to call the card company and they would route me back to credit union. The worst banking experience I ever had. Do not recommend .

I have been a member since 1986. I never planned to leave NRCS but the actions or lack thereof of the credit union in the past 3 months have really made me question my decision. From double posting charges, taking 3 months to post transactions, not posting automatic deposits on the day it is received to not being unable to access your money in your account. The gentleman who answers the phone is friendly and tries to be helpful but doesn't the authority to correct the mistakes. I feel sorry for him having to deal with others errors. This weekend, I am stressed about the fact that the credit union double posted a payment and is still 'researching' after 4 days. They are now also 'researching' why they haven't or where they have deposited my husband's paycheck. We have the confirmation from my husband's company that it was sent and received by the credit union. This error is costing us late fees. I have no confidence that our money will be available on Monday, and that is extremely scary. Have the uppity ups at the credit union apologized? Have they offered compensation for costs - no! They hide behind their teller. This credit union use to be amazing! I loved Pat and Nancy. They made you feel heard and if there ever was an issue it was corrected immediately. But now? Good luck. I just hope they find our money, but I have lost confidence in the credit union.

The new online app to get your account balance is to hard to log into. Please bring back the old one which was much simpler. Thank yo
