This review is in regards to the location in Galveston, off of avenue S, which for some reason doesn't exist on Google maps. They probably receive too many negative reviews. They have one teller behind the counter dealing with the four people in line inside and the three cars outside. When I went to talk to the young man who was sitting at a computer, an unfriendly manager asked me what it was that I needed. I asked if there was anyone else who could help us out. She said clearly everyone here is training or brand new. I don't know how I could have known that, but okay. It seems as though there were three people sitting and one working. There were seven people that needed to be attended to and one person handling all of that. Now, I don't know exactly what was taking everybody else's time but I did not appreciate how long it was taking and how rude that person was. I've been with this bank for a long time and all the time I'm considering moving to a different bank cause of this kind of service. I guess we'll see. Now I'm on my way to the branch in lamarque with hopes of better service.

Every time I come in, everyone seems to be very friendly and professional. I had a serious injury which I had difficulty writing and walking, and they have been very patient with me making sure that I was able to make my deposits. They understood that my dominant hand was in a cast. So I had to use my non dominant hand to write. I really appreciate the staff there.

This place has gone downhill rapidly everybody to go to the annual meeting March 9th it is time for us to stand up and save our coastal Federal credit Union I'm for change but not in this way. Please leave a comment if you agree let's save our credit union and I heard Renell Bloom is no longer what coastal Federal credit Union after 39 years of loyalty. You will be missed in love Renell Bloom God bless and you will be missed by hundreds if not thousands of members We love you.💖❤️❤️💖

Joke of a credit union. Got hit and run by a car in front of their establishment. Was informed that their cameras do not work. Would you place your money in a bank where their cameras do not work? Do not put your money in here. They do not even have a Galveston Branch Google listing.

Horrible service! I've been calling for 2 weeks to get a response for a cancelation of my warranty and can't get anyone to answer the phone!!! Today i have called 10 times only to be hung up on or to listen to the music or to leave messages on answering services only to not be returned! Being on hold and then answered to be hung up on!!! Very unprofessional! I will be transferring my accounts as soon as I return home and refinancing my car loan at my main bank!!!!!! Can't get a human to answer the phone is diabolical and highly unprofessional! Poor poor poor customer service!!!!
