I have used this place for 40 years. Good service, good people. I've bought cars thru them, still have my checking accounts there.

Met the owner, Ryan, and his wife while we were waiting for over 90 min on the curb for an Uber. They were both incredibly kind, offered us water and if there was anything they could help with. Seems like other banks could be doing a lot better if they had some generosity like them. Thanks, Ryan!

If I could give a 0 star I would. My husband opened a savings account with them since he works so close to their building. Well their hours are 8-5 which are the hours pretty much everyone works. They gave him a card to be able to pull out money, but never sent him the actual code to it and we’ve been told he has to go in person to change it? Then they gave him another card to said account that he was actually able to make up his own pin just to be told that his card is restricted. We’ve banked with various different establishments and this one by far is the worst one. They need to update how their system works asap. They also need consider their customers, not everyone can go in the hours that they operate and not everyone wants to have to go into the actual bank to do their business.

Received a email advising that the branch would be sending out a new card in which the rep "Scottie" advised was sent out on the 22nd of September however I never recieved it. Card was declined at Chick fil A stating someone else was using my card so they block & canceled it. Per the rep they sent out another card on October 6th which will take 7-10 business days not including holidays. Paid $25 TODAY in order to expediate my card in which "Scottie" did not want to advise when my expediated card would even arrive. Weird that I continue to receive all their mail outside of my cards. In which they do not have tracking numbers on the cards they send out. WOW!
