Thanks for lowering the high yield rate a full 100 basis points and not notifying anyone in advance as a courtesy. I guess it should be expected given you also left us with two days of no online banking access and no communication other than the painfully obvious revelation that CFFCU has no continuity plans whatsoever. My fully funded Z checking will be coming out on Monday.

I initially signed up for a bank account here because my car loan was approved. However, months later, I discovered that the bank didn’t even own the rights to the vehicle I was driving at the time. The loan on the vehicle from the previous owner was still open. If I hadn’t notified the bank, I would still be paying on a vehicle that wasn’t theirs. This situation could have been avoided if the dealership had paid off the vehicle. I gave them 3 stars for effort, but I took 2 star points because the customer service needs improvement. Your staff needs to greet customers as soon as they enter the building or at the very least acknowledge them promptly. It’s tacky for a bank to have a note attached to an empty desk asking customers to sign in via a kiosk.

This bank is awful. With terrible customer service. The only way to pay your loan is to go pay in person. The banking app is a disaster. You cannot connect an outside debit card to your payment. Listen I tried to consolidate my debt a year ago into a 0% interest credit card (promotional card). And my understanding was I could move the funds to a personal loan after the year. But no they rejected a personal loan and now I have thousands of dollars in a high interest card. They basically are forcing me into finding a different bank. I’ve been with them 4+ years. Never missed a payment. And they just took advantage of me in my time of desperation. I would no longer suggest this credit union to anyone at this point.

Excellent Service on Home Equity Loan! We recently completed a home equity loan through the Cy-Fair Credit Union, and we were incredibly pleased with the experience. Sherri Wittler, our loan specialist, was exceptional from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping my husband and I understand every step of the process. She answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, kept us informed throughout, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. Sherri attention to detail and warm customer service gave us complete confidence in the process. Thanks to Sherri's guidance, we secured the funds we needed with ease and peace of mind. If you're considering a home equity loan, we highly recommend working with Sherri Wittler at Cy-Fair Credit Union. You'll be in great hands!
