Y’Amni Scott was amazing!!! I came in not knowing the simplest of things and she helped me out and was very helpful and supportive about it. I am actually really grateful to have been exposed to this executive level of customer service. For once, I had a very pleasant experience going into the branch to get a new debit card. Y’mani was very professional, very attentive in taking care of my needs. She kept a smile and great professional conversation it was a joy in her helping me. I probably wouldn’t chat anymore after yesterday’s experience with Alesha because I truly felt disregarded and I wasn’t fully helped with the questions I had in the chat. With the help I gotten today in the branch Y’mani made my experience pleasant and seamless! Thank you 😊

I went in to close my account but these two ladies at the front changed my mind. Both are very helpful, love their energy. Wish all employees are like them. One was helping a customer on the phone when I walked in and she took a second to acknowledge my presence. That was very polite. I wish I asked their names so I could mention them specifically. But the date today is 2/19/26 around 3:30 pm, and this is the northwest freeway location by Sam’s Club, West road. ECC please recognize this ladies! Thank you!
