I don't see how this wonderful credit union doesn't have 5.0 perfect reviews on here! This is my 6TH auto loan with Houston Highway Credit Union... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 11 years!!! And each time I finance or refinance a vehicle with HHCU, I save BIG money compared to any other lender and the process literally cannot be easier. Juan Villegas takes every single bit of BS out of auto loans and makes the process insanely easy, simple, fast and clear. I love HHCU and am so fortunate to be a member of theirs. Thanks again as always!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience refinancing my car loan with Houston Highway Credit Union. This was my first time doing something like this, and I wasn't sure what to expect but the entire process was smooth and straightforward, and that's largely thanks to the efficiency and responsiveness of Mr. Juan Villegas He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood every step. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful process feel easy. I was able to get a much lower rate and couldn't be more thankful to be saving money.

I want to give my gratitude to Juan! He help me build my credit in the fast way possible for a young age. I decided to proceed with a credit card, that help me tremendously. He also help me with a loan, for a new vehicle! He’s very smart and supportive, always willing to talk and help in any way possible! This is a huge commitment for me. I wouldn’t have done it without my support from my bank and my family.

I had a fantastic experience with HHCU! From start to finish, the loan process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was especially impressed with how quickly everything moved — my loan was approved and processed in record time, which made a huge difference for me. A huge shoutout to Netty and Juan for their outstanding customer service. Netty was warm, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step with patience and clarity. Juan followed up to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident about the terms and next steps. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with genuine care, but that’s exactly what I found here. I’ve been working with Houston Highway CU for the past 4 years. From a small 10k car loan with a required co-sign when I was 21 to obtaining at 37k loan at 25 with no co-sign, Juan and his excellent crew have been able to guide me down the right financial path to not only improve my credit history and score, but to also advance my knowledge in smart financial choices. I honestly feel like these guys have watched me grow from a boy to a man and I will continue to use this credit union especially when I’m ready for a home loan. I recommend these guys to anyone wanting to build a great foundation for financial stability. In conclusion, Mr. Juan Villegas ,without obligation at that, is a man who cares for his people. (10/10 would recommend 💯🤘)
