REVIEW EDIT I must now say, that I am so impressed with the way Mr. John Griffin, MemberSource's Consumer Lending Manager, called me today to let me know that he felt I could have been treated with a little more consideration and understanding. He let me know that he was not sure why my application was not forwarded to him, so that he could look further into what MemberSource could offer me. He was very kind and made me feel that I did deserve better treatment than what I received. He said he personally went through my application and offered me a consolidation loan that really will assist me in what I am trying to accomplish, and at a better interest rate than my current loan with Transtar/MemberSource! I am so thankful that he found a better way to help me. He said that someone would be in touch with me today to set up the loan. I want to thank Mr. Griffin, because what I've learned in my many years of life, is that: Sometimes, one can't judge a company on the initial interaction with its representatives. There should always be someone like a Mr. Griffin, who can step in and make things right. That is what TRULY matters, and that is what he did. So my hearfelt appreciation goes out to Mr. John Griffin and MemberSource for making it right. Needless to say, I am no longer searching for another credit union. Thank you so much for making my day!

I've been a member of MemberSource Credit Union for 2 decades. Membersource consistently provide top notch customer service and incredibly competitive auto loan rates. I've bought several cars after approvals from MemberSource. The process from end to end is quick, flexible and intuitive. I bought a car in August/September 2024 and another during November 2025. Fatima Medina, Loan Specialist, was a godsend during both transactions. Fatima spent many hours walking me through pros and cons of each car, shipping costs from one state to another & performing background searches on the viability of each car. She went above & beyond in every discussion & treated me as though I was her only customer. She was very responsive to each email and phone call oftentimes responding in minutes. I highly recommend MemberSource Credit Union for banking and loan needs. There is a community feel that resonates deeply if interested in banking with an institution that cares about its members, offers excellent loan promotions and competitive loan rates.

If you are looking for a small Bank to build a relationship with this is NOT the place. One notable mention is Roslyn Nixon at the 290 Branch. Her desk is a mess, she is unorganized and incompetent and on top of that she is rude and condescending. I could only be a client for a year. Should have read the reviews first. With all the credit unions out there steer clear of this one. Terrible customer service. No deposit availability at ATM. Takes way to long to get credit even for a cash deposit. “0” stars if possible!

The time I spent with Mrs. Watson was almost every week for a month until "she" got the results that worked for me!! If you want exceptional customer care see Mrs. Watson.....mic drop!!
